  1. Login or Register your account with our website, EPGReady.com
  2. Once you are logged into your account click the EPG Packages link at the top and follow the steps
  3. You can choose “EPG per country” or “EPG for All countries”
  4. Once payment is made you can access your links for EPG at MY EPG link at the top.
  5. Enjoy the best EPG around!
  • We are not a SUBSCRIPTION EPG service, we are a PAY-AS-YOU-GO EPG service. Use our service as you need.

WHAT IS EPG/XMLTV?
  • EPG is an electronic program guide, an on-screen guide of scheduled broadcast programming television programs.
  • XMLTV is an XML based file format for describing TV listings. IPTV providers use XMLTV as the base reference template in their systems, and extend it internally according to their business needs.
DO YOU OFFER AN EPG FREE TRIAL?
  • Unfortunately no. We had to remove the free 3 day trial due to abuse.

IS THIS IPTV AND EPG IN COMBO?
  • Absolutely no!
  • We do not provide any streaming sources or services. We only provide Electronic programming guides (EPG) for IPTV/OTT Operators and client-side applications.

Billing

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments in this form:

  • Paypal
  • Bitcoin
  • Credticard

(If you don’t have any of these methods and want to use a PayPal account, you can setup a transferwise account and use a VPN to connect to your PayPal you make there to your bank account and may use that method to make a payment if you are from a country such as Turkey).

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
  • No refunds. When you do purchase from us you agree to our non-refund policy. Please contact us for further help if required.
HOW DO I RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION?
  • We always send an e-mail before the EPG service is about to expire. Once it’s expired you will then be able to renew or change it to another period (of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months);
  • We’ll send you an email when the EPG service expires too, so you don’t forget!
  • Please note your URL will always stay the same even if you change from a 1 month to a 12-month subscription.
HOW CAN I AVOID RENEWING EVERY MONTH?
  • We offer subscriptions for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
  • To change your subscription from 1 month to 12 months, please contact us and we will help you to fix it!
  • We will always send an e-mail notifying you when your subscription is about to expire and is ready to be renewed!
HOW DO I ADD MORE COUNTRIES TO MY SUBSCRIPTION?
  • To add more countries to your subscription, go to the EPG Packages and purchase the countries you need. They will then show up in the My EPG section.

Technical

I CANT ACCESS THE EPG FROM MY PANEL / SOFTWARE ANYMORE?
  • You have probably reached the maximum amount of IP-addresses that is allowed for your account (2). Please make sure you setup your EPG link correctly in your IPTV Panel and not shared directly with your customers.
  • If you need access from more IP addresses, please contact us and we will accommodate to your needs.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU UPDATE THE EPG?
  • We update all our EPG data once a day so you will have the up-to 7 days of latest EPG data.
DO I HAVE TO CHANGE URL IF I CHANGE FROM 1 MONTH TO 12 MONTHS SUBSCRIPTION?
  • No! The URL wont change and will always be the same so you dont have to setup again in your panel!
WHICH EXTENSION DO YOU OFFER?
  • We offer .GZ or .ZIP extensions via the url in your account dashboard. If you need another format, please contact us.
WHICH TIMEZONE IS SUPPORTED FOR CHANNELS?
  • We provide our EPGs in UTC timing or local timing. We can offer you with any timezone you wish.

DO YOU OFFER SUPPORT?
  • Yes! You can contact us or register an account to use our support system to create a ticket, ask general, billing, technical or supports questions, heck even express what’s on your mind.
  • We also have a forum that is actively monitored by our team that we welcome you to join.
DO YOU TAKE EPG CHANNEL OR COUNTRY REQUEST?

Yes. Please submit which country/channel of what you’re looking for on your support forum and our team will update you there when its added.
